Folktales on Education

These folktales are collected from the Kusaug traditional area of the Upper East Region of Ghana. They have didactic messages meant to educate the people, especially children, on societal norms and moral codes of conducts. They are meant to imbibe positive socio-cultural attitudes for development. This project is funded by BanGA Africa, University of Ghana, with support from Carnegie International of New York.
